Take 1 coconut wrap out of the package -Next, place coconut wrap on plate

Pour eggs into fry pan when it is ready

Cover and let eggs cook

Once you can’t see much liquid flip over

Place on 1 slice of cheese

Add a handful of spinach

Sprinkle on Everything But the Bagel Sesame Seasoning Blend

Place lid back on a let eggs finish cooking and cheese melts

Use a spatula to place egg on top of coconut wrap & pesto

  • 1 TBSP Pesto alla Genovese by La Favorita – get it here
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 Slice Cheese (your choice)
  • Handful Baby Spinach
  • Everything But the Bagel Sesame Seasoning Blend – find it here
  • Salt & Pepper
  • 8-Inch Omelette Fry Pan with lid – like this one
  • Avocado Oil Spray – find it here

Directions:

  1. Take 1 coconut wrap out of the package
  2. Next, place coconut wrap on plate
  3. Measure out 1 TBSP of Pesto
  4. Spread Pesto on coconut wrap & set aside
  5. Crack 2 eggs in a bowl
  6. Whip eggs together
  7. Add salt & pepper to your desire & mix together
